After you've downloaded the .RSB (RSB = Red Storm Bitmap) of the arm patch, place it in a temporary directory.

For example: C:\My Documents\Arm patches

Now open up windows explorer and go to your Rogue Spear main directory (which should be under C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Rogue Spear). Once your in your Rogue Spear directory, click on the "data" folder, and then click on the "armpatch" folder. You're now at the folder from which Rogue Spear gets the arm patches. You'll notice that there's a bunch of files that all have the same pattern, which is "armpatchxx.rsb" (with 'xx' referring to a number). If this is your first time installing an arm patch, you'll notice that there's 15 patches already there for you to use.

Now go back to where you saved the arm patch you downloaded. First thing you want to do is make sure that it has a RSB file extension. Rename the patch you downloaded to "armpatchxx.rsb", replacing 'xx' with a number that's available in your Rogue Spear arm patch directory, as explain above (note that Rogue Spear only allows you to have 20 arm patches, so the number MUST be between 1-20). Example: You have 18 arm patch in your arm patch directory. You would rename the one you downloaded "armpatch19.rsb". After renaming the file, simple move or copy it into the Rogue Spear arm patch directory. All you have to do now is launch Rogue Spear and select your arm patch from the Options Menu under MP Game.
